Engagement360™ (“E360”) was built specifically for music and content testing, using the same AWS technology as Amazon and Netflix.
The E360 music testing software is easy for the respondent to navigate on any device they wish to use. Our system detects the device the respondent is using and automatically optimizes the screen for a great survey experience. Respondents can start and stop whenever they wish. As a result, they can participate on THEIR terms, and that makes for a great respondent experience and great results for you!

Quality is everything, and we are proud to have the toughest screening procedures in the industry. We conduct validation checks during the survey and if a respondent’s answers do not match with answers given previously, the respondent is flagged and not able to complete the survey.
We also conduct Outlier Analysis on the data after the test is complete. We analyze how every person scores every song, and if there are irregularities, we exclude that respondent.

This is our follow-up analysis to your music test. We will take an actual monitor of a day’s music on your radio station and show where the radio station is strong and where it may be off-track.
